Google data accessed

The application requests access to Google Sheets and Google Drive only as required to locate, read, create, and update spreadsheets selected by the operator.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to run private automation workflows requested and controlled by the operator. The current workflow writes the operator's information to a private Google spreadsheet.

Data storage

OAuth credentials are stored within the operator's self-hosted installation. Workflow data may be stored temporarily in n8n execution records and permanently in spreadsheets selected by the operator.

Data sharing

Google user data is not sold, advertised against, or shared with unrelated third parties. Data is transferred only between services configured by the operator as part of private automation workflows.

Data retention

Spreadsheet data remains in the selected Google spreadsheet until deleted by the operator. Stored OAuth authorization can be removed by deleting the credential or revoking access through the operator's Google Account.
